The rooms were impeccably clean, equipped with private bathrooms and cozy balconies - a perfect spot to sip tea after a day of exploring the local sites like the Nuwara Eliya Golf Club just down the road. Mishan and his family made us feel right at home, and his mother's traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts were a highlight, showcasing the region's rich culinary heritage. Plus, the complimentary WiFi and shared lounge with a fireplace offered a space to unwind and connect with fellow travelers. Whether you're embarking on a trek to Horton Plains or simply enjoying the lush surroundings, Sherwood Cottage is definitely a gem worth visiting!
